In February, the City of Edmonton will host the 2^nd Winter Cities Shake-Up!, a conference on which I am very pleased to be a member of the Steering Committee.  The team is very excited to once again host this incredible event and I would love for you and your organization to join us at the conference this February!

In 2015, the City of Edmonton hosted the first Winter Cities Shake-Up! which brought in over 400 national and international delegates. For a glimpse of last year’s spectacular meeting, check out this video.

The 2017 Winter Cities Shake-Up! Is taking place February 16^th – 18^th, 2017, and expects repeated success with a larger international attendance. The conference will build on the conversations started in 2015 by expanding on our three themes of Winter Culture, Design and Business while incorporating an overall emphasis on wellness and celebrating life in a winter city.

Winter Cities Shake-Up! offers you the chance to share best practices, get inspired, think outside the box all while networking with delegates and speakers from winter cites around the world! Please take a look at some of our exciting conference news:

          Join us for the Winter Culture & Innovation Showcase on Thursday, February 16^th, 2017. Delegates from winter cities around the globe come together to share their cutting-edge designs! What’s on display, you ask? Everything from technologies, practices, activities and equipment to music, art, fashion and food. Got something to showcase? A new Winter City Champions Sponsorship Package has been custom-built for northern municipalities around the world.
